HOW TO REGISTER – online registration is new in 2012

In 2012, the North Sydney Women’s Football Association (where we play) is launching an online registration system.

The system will take your information, your payment and ask you to agree to any terms and conditions set by the Association and the Bats.

For the first time, the Bats are introducing on-time and late fees to encourage early registration. We’re aiming to field six teams again next year but if we don’t get enough registrations by the on-time cut-off we will only be able to nominate five. This means that you need to register during the on-time period to avoid disappointment.

What you need for online registration:

  1. The step-by-step guide below

  2. Your personal details

  3. A visa or mastercard

  4. A photo

  5. An Internet Explorer or Firefox browser (Safari is not supported – please do not use it)

THE FEES

  • $255 for on-time standard membership (9 January – 26 February)
  • $235 for on-time student membership (9 January – 26 February)
  • $270 for late standard membership (from 27 February 2012)
  • $250 for late student membership (from 27 February 2012)

THE PHOTO

As part of registration, you must provide a photo for the Association. This photo must be:

  • under 20 MB
  • a true likeness of you
  • front view of the applicant’s head and shoulders
  • without hats or sunglasses
  • taken on a white background
  • less than six months old

STEP – BY – STEP  ONLINE  REGISTRATION  PROCESS

1. Setting up a MyFootballClub Account

Played with the Bats previously?

Go to the MyFootballClub website and select ‘Find Your FFA Number‘ on the right-hand side of the page.

From here there are two options;

  • If you can find your number, click on your name and proceed to the login screen. You will need to generate a password using your email address. If you are unable to generate a password, contact support on (02) 8020 4199
  • If you can’t find your FFA number follow the help path or contact support on (02) 8020 4199.

New to the Bats?

Go to the New Users of MyFootballClub website and follow the prompts to create a MyFootballClub account

2. Register as a player

Using your FFA number and password, login to MyFootballClub Registration.

Upload an image (check out the image requirements above)

Register for this season by clicking ‘Register Now’

You will then be asked to check your details.

Please update any contact details and ensure you have at least one contact phone number.

Once you have verified all is correct, select the ‘Proceed to Registration’ icon.

You will then need to select the following:

  • Club: Flying Bats Womens SC
  • Registration: Player
  • Package: Standard or Student

Once you have selected the above, click ‘Add’

Once you have added the package, it will drop down into your summary section.

Click the ‘Next’ button to proceed to payment.

3. Acknowledging Terms and Conditions

Read and Acknowledge all Terms and Conditions and Click ‘Next’

4. Payment Options Screen

You will be given the option to ‘Pay Now’ or ‘Invoice Me’.

Pay Now: Simply enter your credit card details (visa or mastercard only)

Invoice: If you choose invoice, payment must be made within 24 hours of registration or by midnight on February 26 (whichever comes first) to avoid late payment fee and ensure registration is approved. You must make sure YOUR NAME is on the deposit information, e.g. ‘Bevalee Small’ not ‘Bats Rego’.

You will be sent an invoice via email, whether you pay online or not.

5. Answer Additional Questions

Save All Answers and Click Next.

6. Your Registration is Now Complete

Your registration is now pending approval or pending payment.

The Club Registrar will now complete the final step of accepting your registration.  We will contact you directly to advise the next steps.
